My recommendation to anyone who works in an office and also interacts daily with many different departments and the public:
1) Start every day with Verdi’s Requiem.
2) End every day with Kohei Tanaka’s Gouf Custom vs. the 08th MS Team.
Well, Kyoko and I recently finished watching Koi Ni Ochitara. Despite the fact that the title only slightly relates to the plot and characters, it was a pretty damn good show. Kusanagi continues to impress me with his acting range.
Another good show we recently finished (mainly because it was airing on Sunday nights) was Crying out, in the Center of the World. Really well done show – but horribly, horribly sad.
The replacement drama in the same Sunday night time slot is mostly forgettable. It’s called Batsu Kare, which for some reason has an English title of “One Boyfriend Down.” Go figure what
We’re also enjoying Yoshitsune once a week, and have taken to watching the latest Kimutaku vehicle “Engine.” Yoshitsune is of course fabulous, and I would have never expected such seriousness from Tacky. Engine is fun because it’s nice to see Kimutaku now and then, though not all of his shows are good.
