Lending a healing hand

CONDITION: It's either dependent upon the year or number of castles you've taken. Either way, this won't happen unless you quest a Cleric/Priest class. (It might work with another class which has healing abilities, but for me it's always been a Cleric of Priest class.)
As [Knight] reached a village, a priest approached [Knight].
Priest: Excuse me... There has been a minor battle here and some of the villagers were involved and got injured. They need to be treated, but we are short on manpower. If you have the knowledge of healing, would you mind giving us a hand?
[Knight] decided to help out.
Priest: Oh, great! Thank you!
Cathleen, this person is going to give us a hand. I'm sorry, I didn't even introduce myself. My name is Klaques. This is my sister, Cathleen.
Cathleen: That's very nice of you.* Thank you for helping us. This means so much to us. [What!? How can it be that big of a deal - her brother said it was a minor battle...]
[Knight] started to treat the wounds. Later that night... [Knight] was invited to the house of Cathleen and Klaques. there, [Knight] found out that they travel from village to village to treat the wounded.
Cathleen: I hope the war would end... The number of people wounded by the war increases every day. We can't keep up...
[Knight] decided to stay in the village for a while to help treat the wounded.

Maybe it's just me, but this sounds more like she's thanking her brother for introducing her, even though we're supposed to take it she's calling the Knight nice for helping.]
