*The first phrase in this sentence really worked me over. I had to translate more for meaning than literally. His words literally amount to "As far as I'm concerned". However, that just doesn't make sense in English. "AFAIK" makes a judgement, but he's really just making an observation. He's really stating that as long as he's alive, she can never rest.
