NOTE: No matter where Lance is, or which castle is the last to fall, this dialogue takes place (and rightfully so) in Logres.
Granted, this ending is almost so sugary that one feels the need to brush afterwards for fear of developing cavities. Also, Lance isn't giving a single thought to the taxes he's going to have to levy in order to repair the war-torn continent. Nor is he going to be ready for the religious backlash he'll incur for wiping Leonia out of existence. Add to this the fact that both Carlota and Loufal were fighting for independence for Padstow. Now that New Almekia has won the war and rules the entire country, where does that leave Padstow? Certainly not independent... (viva la revolution...)Gereint:King Lance, we did it!
Lance:Yes, Gereint. We did it! The war is over. We can stop all the bloodshed on Forsena.

Lance:You're right. There is a lot that we need to do and it is not easy. However, no matter how hard things are, it's better than the war. We don't have to hurt others or worry about being hurt by others. Just for that reason, I think it's a wonderful world. And we can make it even a better world from now on. Don't you think so?
